We arrived to Bali 2 days after we left the States. Overall it was an uneventful trip, thankfully. Naomi and Nora both did much better than expected. We all got about 6 hours of sleep on the long flight...yeah! That helps everyone. They did have a couple meltdowns on the last leg of the trip that only lasted maybe 10 minutes (but feels like much longer when your kid is the one screaming and you can't get her to calm down). Jet lag hit us pretty hard, mainly because it hit the girls hard. We've had a harder time with Naomi. Thank you to all who lifted us up as we traveled. We've needed and continue need your prayers.
Our time in Bali was good...if we remember everything correctly (ha!-jetlag can do some pretty crazy things to you). In our free time we tried to take advantage of the beach and pool.

Daddy with his girls the night after we arrived. Do they look like they are in jetlag?
P.S. It gets dark between 6:30 and 7pm in Indonesia.

Ahhh...Naomi taking care of her little sister.

Naomi was so excited to see so much sand. Every time we walked by the beach she said "I want to play in the sandbucket." So cute! At first she also called the ocean a "pool" but quickly figured out it was the ocean.
Nora's first dip in the ocean and she liked it! No crying with this girl. Naomi not missing an opportunity to play in the big sandbucket.
