June- Time with friends

Our time is near, and our goodbyes are becoming more real. We've had some busy times, but wouldn't want to go without saying goodbye to some dear friends. The Wilson's came up to KC to visit us one weekend before we left. We were able to go to one of our "traditional" places in KC- McAlister's Deli. There is only one and we went. It was a good weekend, but it was sad to say good-bye.

Our other friends/family lives in KC and we got to see them a couple more times this month before we left. We took the girls to the park one evening. Naomi had a fun time. She actually pet a small dog for the first time while we were there. We were shocked. She usually says she wants to pet them, but then cries and gets scared. Not that day.
