It's crazy to think that we've been in the States nearly 2 months now. Our time has flown by so fast and we've been traveling ever since we've been back in the States. We've really enjoyed our time with family and friends and are excited for more time with them in the coming months.
We spent about 3 weeks in Springfield with Nathan's family. We had a lot of fun and Naomi has enjoyed her time of meeting new family members and getting spoiled by her grandparents and aunt.

One day we went to the Bass Pros Shop with Grandpa Nance. It was a lot fun and Naomi enjoyed looking at all the animals (live and stuffed).
Here is Grandpa and Naomi in front of a huge tree!
Surprisingly Naomi was not frightened by this bear. She wanted to turn around to see him, but we were able to get a shot of her face.
We spent the first weekend of December in Branson at Aunt Natalie's to celebrate Christmas with Grandpa and Grandma Nance. Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma Nance even came up for the weekend. Naomi really enjoyed this stool, especially when it was turned upside down. She used it as a scooter. This stool was made by her great-great grandpa.
Aunt Natalie hooked up everyone with "Ride the "Ducks"tickets so we could see some Christmas lights. It wasn't too cold thankfully and we all enjoyed ourselves.
Naomi and Mommy waiting for the "Duck" to arrive.
Naomi reading one of the books she got from Grandma and Grandpa. She got several and before she'd even open one she'd say "Book!"
Grandma and Grandpa also got her a tricycle that comes with a handy bar for Mommy and Daddy to push Naomi around. She really liked that present and asked to ride the bike a lot.
Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma Nance got Naomi a camera. She likes to act like she's taking a picture. She puts it up to her eye and says "Cheese."
When someone or something has their eyes closed Naomi says "nite-nite." Great-Grandpa Nance was taking a cat nap and Naomi kept saying "nite-nite." Then we got her to tickle him. She says "tickle-tickle." It was funny.
One night Mommy and Daddy got to go to Silver Dollar City with Natalie and Curtis, while grandparents watched Naomi. It was cold, but a lot of fun. They say that Silver Dollar City has over 4 million Christmas lights! It was beautiful.
The next day, Naomi enjoyed playing with her Christmas gifts. Aunt Natalie likes to golf and so she got Naomi a princess golf club set. Naomi tries to hit the ball, but so far usually kicks the ball with her foot and carries the club around. She also enjoys wearing the bag as a back-pack.
Just having some fun!
Nathan, Nina, Natalie and Naomi. The four of us went back to SDC to let Naomi see all the Christmas lights. It was actually not as cold as the night before. Naomi really liked the singing Christmas tree with all the lights changing during the songs. Thanks again Natalie for getting us into SDC! It was fun.
