Noelle loves to grab her toes and move her ankles all the time, whether she be laying on her back, sitting in her bouncy seat, or being held by someone. She will move her ankles around and around in circles. We think she would be a good synchronized swimmer with the way she is constantly moving them. It's very interesting to watch and people, Indonesians and Americans alike, comment about this.
