Naomi continues to amaze us. We are tremendously blessed. Parenting is a challenging job, but it has so many rewards as well. Naomi is learning so much. She tries to mimic us in many ways - our actions and our words. Please lift us up so that we will live and speak words that are pleasing to our Heavenly Father. As we ask the Father to bring in the harvest, one of our requests is that Naomi too will follow in JC's ways. We want her to be passionate for Him and love Him because she sees her need for Him.

Naomi really does make us chuckle and laugh. We were in our fellowship this morning and we put our finger to our mouth asking Naomi to be quiet. A few minutes later, one of the babies made a noise and she turned to the baby and put her finger to her mouth and said "shhh..." We had to chuckle at that one. She continues to add words to her vocabulary list, mainly English words. It's amazing how smart she is and how quickly she picks up on things. One day Nina told Naomi the sun was hot, so now when she sees a picture of the sun she says "hot." She loves to read books, well...look at books and pretend to read. If she sees a picture of something she knows, then she'll say that word. She also likes to use the word 'go' for 2 things - to go somewhere and to ask "where'd it go?"

When Nathan went out of town with his friends, he brought back a head covering for Naomi. Many little girls Naomi's age will where something like this occasionally. We had to be quick, because Naomi did not like wearing it. She got it off rather quickly.

Occasionally Naomi likes to wear these sunglasses. Sometimes she just likes to push them up over her head and she giggles. Then she takes them off and wants them back on again.

We like to take walks. One day Naomi saw Mommy's socks and tried to put them on. We had to help her. She looks more like a soccer player. She thought she was cool stuff wearing Mommy's sock.

Naomi can hear keys from a mile away and come running. She enjoys helping Daddy get the car out of the garage.
