Wow...what a month this has been! We've been packing and fishing up our English classes. It has been overwhelming, crazy, and tiring. However, we are finished. We've had to say our good-byes for the time being. We left for Singapore early on the 23rd. Four of our students (and dear friends) met us at the airport. We are very thankful for the few days we have here in Singapore to do medical and catch up on some needed rest before we hit the ground running in the States again. We leave for the States on Tuesday, the 28th and land in the States on Tuesday, the 28th! It will be interesting traveling with an 18 month old. We are really excited about Naomi finally getting to meet her grandparents and family. We'll be in the States for 7 months. Nina will deliver NRN4 in the States too. We are looking forward to being with our family for this delivery!
Well, Naomi came down with 2 colds this month - one about 2 weeks before we needed to leave for Singapore. She didn't feel well and was very clingy. It was hard to pack during that time because she always wanted to be held by Mommy. We survived and she is doing much better now. She was also clingy because the house was being packed up. Although she didn't understand, she was a trooper and has been doing great! Here are some pictures of things we did this month.
~
Naomi really likes to try things on her head, even though she won't wear them very long. Some of our friends came over and she put on one of their helmets. She thought she was cool stuff.

Because of all the change and transition this month, Naomi has really clung to her babydoll. When she would wake up in the morning or from a nap, she made sure she had baby and blanket with her (maybe so we wouldn't pack them too) :)
On Nathan's last night to teach one of his classes, Naomi and Nina came too. Naomi wanted to help Daddy teach.
Here is a picture when Naomi wasn't feeling very well. She didn't want to play, which you know is out of character for our active girl.
The Nance family wanted to have one last family outing together before heading back to the States. We wanted to go swimming since it would be cold in the States! Here's Naomi chillin' before we get in the water.
One of the last days in our city, we had our fridge unplugged and Naomi thought it was fun to go sit on it (just her size for a seat).
Naomi is very independent. She always tries to mimic Daddy and Mommy. Here she is eating her oatmeal with a large spoon. The baby spoon is not cool anymore.
While in Singapore, we wanted to have a family day. We've heard that the Singapore Zoo is really nice, so we decided to go there. In the pic below, Mommy and Naomi are getting ready for the big day. Naomi's already not sure about this day. We hope it's good!

The two (soon to be three) wonderful ladies in Daddy's life.
We had a great time at the zoo. There was so much to see. We hope you enjoyed it too.
