Naomi is already 13 months old! She is talking up a storm. Most of the time we don't know exactly what she is saying. She is saying lots of words like hi, bye, ball, cat, dog, banana, book, baby, and recently she has added Bible.

This month we also learned that NRN4 is on his or her way. Baby Nance will be due at the end of January. We are so excited for everyone to meet Naomi, and also excited to have this baby in the States with family and friends around.

Naomi really likes her "Kitty" that Grame sent her. At first she didn't really care for Kitty, but now she really likes it. One reason is that Kitty talks to her when you push one of his paws. Buttons...that is her weakness.

It's funny to watch Naomi try to put her sunglasses on because she hates things being on her head and face. She usually thinks it is funnier when she puts them on Mommy or Daddy. Here she is sporting them herself.

She kept falling back in her pack-n-play because she thought it was funny. Now she's just taking a short rest before she sits up and falls back again.
~
Like we've commented before, she just started to really enjoy being in the water. One day we decided to let her play with the water hose. Much to our surprise she had a blast playing in the water. She even sprayed herself and would laugh.

...Since we were outside, we went ahead and bathed her outside. She was already wet, so why not.

It was Mother's Day Weekend and we decided to celebrate early since Nathan had Sunday English Club. We went out to eat and just had a fun day being a family.

On our way home from Fellowship one Sunday, Naomi was tired and fell asleep. We don't have many photos of Naomi sleeping now that she's older. It's still precious to see her asleep.

Naomi really likes her leap frog alphabet magnets that some friends sent. She gets to push buttons and listen to the music and sounds. She finds this activity a lot of fun.

While Mommy and Daddy were hanging out with some friends, and Naomi palyed with her friends. As you can tell she's having a lot of fun. She also really enjoyed the chair she was sitting in. ~
Naomi can blow kisses. She even makes the kissing sound when she does it. Here she is giving kisses. As you can see she's also wearing a hat, which she put on herself. Recently she has been putting on hats herself, but only for a moment.

Naomi really enjoys music. She likes to help Daddy play the guitar.

For our retreat we went to a local hotel and was able to swim everyday. Naomi is taking it all in.

Naomi took to the pool quickly. We would blow bubbles in the water and then she would laugh. Later, she started trying to blow bubbles too, even when her face was not in the water.~
There she goes again.
